Leadership Skills: As An I2C Leader, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team And Driving Results. They Should Have Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Coach Team Members, Set Clear Goals And Expectations, And Make Data-Driven Decisions.
