  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies to attract top talent to General Electric.
  2. Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection, to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  3. Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions and qualifications criteria.
  4. Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions in alignment with company values and culture.
  5. Create and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards to expand the candidate pool.
  6. Develop and facilitate onboarding programs for new employees to ensure a seamless integration into the company.
  7. Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management, employee relations, and other HR-related issues.
  8. Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  9. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR.
  10. Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and develop action plans to address any areas of improvement.
  11. Manage and maintain employee records and confidential information.
  12. Act as a liaison between employees and management to address any concerns or grievances.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve HR policies and procedures to align with industry best practices.
  14. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure General Electric remains competitive in attracting top talent.
  15. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes diversity and values all employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In A Managerial Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Employees At All Levels.

  • Proficiency In Hris Systems And Other Relevant Software, As Well As Experience With Developing And Implementing Hr Policies And Procedures.
