Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With A Focus On Employee Relations And Talent Management.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Laws And Regulations, Including Eeo, Ada, And Fmla.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Hr Programs And Initiatives In A Large, Global Organization.
