  1. Lead and oversee all compliance investigations globally, ensuring timely and thorough resolution of all cases.
  2. Serve as a trusted advisor and resource for employees, providing guidance on ethical decision-making and promoting a culture of integrity and accountability.
  3. Develop, implement, and maintain effective compliance policies, procedures, and training programs to educate employees on ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to promote a culture of compliance and ensure ethical behavior across all levels of the organization.
  5. Stay up-to-date on global compliance regulations and industry best practices, and proactively identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
  6. Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  7. Lead and manage a team of compliance professionals, providing mentoring, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
  8. Serve as a point of contact for external regulatory bodies and ensure all reporting requirements are met.
  9. Investigate and analyze reports of potential ethical violations and take appropriate action in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  10. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including employees, senior management, and regulatory bodies, to ensure a clear understanding of compliance objectives and expectations.
  11. Serve as a role model for ethical behavior and promote a culture of transparency, fairness, and respect within the organization.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve compliance programs and processes in alignment with industry best practices and company values.
  13. Collaborate with legal counsel and other internal departments to provide support and guidance on compliance-related matters.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  15. Represent the company in a professional manner in all interactions and uphold the company's reputation for ethical conduct and compliance.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Global Compliance Regulations And Laws: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of The Various Compliance Regulations And Laws In Different Countries And Regions, Including Anti-Corruption Laws, Data Privacy Regulations, And Environmental Laws.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Global Ombudsman And Compliance Investigations Leader, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team And Collaborating With Various Stakeholders Across Different Countries. Therefore, Strong Leadership And Communication Skills Are Crucial For This Role.

  • Experience In Conducting Investigations: The Candidate Should Have Prior Experience In Conducting Compliance Investigations, Preferably In A Global Setting. This Includes Knowledge Of Investigative Techniques, Evidence Gathering, And Report Writing.
