  1. Develop and implement strategies for streamlining and optimizing the global invoice to cash reporting process.
  2. Oversee the daily operations of the invoice to cash reporting team, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  3. Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper communication and alignment of financial reporting processes.
  5. Maintain and update internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  6. Train, mentor, and provide guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  8. Handle complex or escalated issues related to invoice to cash reporting and provide timely resolutions.
  9. Prepare and present reports to senior management on the status of the invoice to cash reporting process, including any issues or areas for improvement.
  10. Stay updated on industry best practices and implement changes to improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting processes.
  11. Collaborate with external auditors to ensure timely completion of audits and compliance with audit requirements.
  12. Communicate and coordinate with other departments, such as finance and accounting, to ensure smooth and accurate financial reporting.
  13. Monitor and review customer accounts to ensure timely and accurate billing and collection of payments.
  14. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in the invoice to cash reporting process.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as local and international financial regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Extensive Experience (Minimum 7-10 Years) In Global Invoice To Cash Reporting And Analysis.

  • Proven Leadership Skills, With Experience Managing A Team And Driving Process Improvement Initiatives.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Financial Data To Senior Leadership.
