  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive global employer branding strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders, including HR and marketing teams.
  2. Conduct ongoing research and analysis of the global talent market to identify trends and insights that will inform the employer branding strategy.
  3. Create and manage content for various channels, including social media, career websites, and recruitment materials, to effectively communicate the GE Healthcare employer brand.
  4. Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop creative and impactful employer branding campaigns and initiatives.
  5. Monitor and measure the success of the employer branding efforts, and continuously make adjustments to optimize results.
  6. Serve as the brand ambassador for GE Healthcare, both internally and externally, promoting our employer brand and values.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, such as universities and professional organizations, to enhance our employer brand presence.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in employer branding, and proactively recommend new strategies and initiatives to enhance our brand.
  9. Partner with the recruitment team to ensure alignment between the employer brand and the candidate experience.
  10. Manage the employer brand budget and resources effectively to achieve maximum impact and ROI.
  11. Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert in employer branding, providing guidance and support to colleagues across the organization.
  12. Contribute to building a diverse and inclusive culture by incorporating diversity and inclusion into the employer branding strategy.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Employer Branding Or Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A Global Company

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Employer Branding Strategies And Best Practices

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously

  • Experience In Healthcare Industry Or Other Highly Regulated Industries Is Preferred
