
FP&A Income Statement Analyst
The income statement analyst is responsible for supporting company level financial processes including close, planning, pacing, to include reporting and analysis. Support close and planning cycles to ensure accuracy of supplemental data submissions and reporting, prepare variance analysis to explain key drivers. Lead company level pacing cycles, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of submissions. Identify and communicate changes and associated drivers. Develop Lean capabilities, learn techniques and tools. Lead Lean projects and initiatives to drive process improvement, simplification and build standard work. Identify opportunities to digitize and eliminate manual, non-value added work.
4+ years of experience in Finance.
Leadership Program graduates will be given experience credit for time within the program.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems independently.
The position will start remotely and progress into 3 days a week on site at our Boston Offices.
