  12. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, to maintain the integrity of financial data and reporting.
  14. Represent the company in a professional manner and act as a role model for ethical business practices.
  15. Act as a liaison between the finance department and other departments to foster collaboration and cross-functional communication.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Preferably In A Large Organization

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Modeling And Forecasting Techniques

  • Proficient In Financial Analysis Software And Tools, Such As Excel, Sap, And Hyperion

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Financial Data To Senior Management And Stakeholders.
