Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee a team of field service professionals and manage resources to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services.
  2. Monitor performance and develop strategies to increase efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Develop plans for resource allocation and utilization.
  5. Maintain records of field service operations and resource management.
  6. Evaluate field service operations and resource management processes and recommend improvements.
  7. Train and mentor staff on field service operations and resource management.
  8. Assist in the recruitment and selection of field service personnel.
  9. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.
  10. Analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
