  1. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues on X-ray and Vascular equipment in the Charlotte-Winston-Salem, NC area.
  2. Utilize technical expertise to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Communicate with customers to schedule service calls, provide updates on repairs, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Keep detailed records of all service calls, including equipment status, parts used, and time spent on repairs.
  5. Work closely with the sales team to identify potential opportunities for upselling or upgrades.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and best practices for maintaining and servicing equipment.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and advancements in X-ray and Vascular technology.
  8. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing service calls.
  9. Assist in training and mentoring new Field Service Engineers.
  10. Represent General Electric in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Experience In Servicing X-Ray And Vascular Equipment.

  • Proficient In Troubleshooting And Repairing Complex Technical Systems.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Imaging Technology And Medical Equipment Standards And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills For Interacting With Customers And Team Members.
