- Provide technical support to clients by troubleshooting and resolving equipment and system issues.
- Install, repair, and maintain GE products and systems at customer sites.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and perform necessary updates and upgrades on equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues.
- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner to provide product information, answer questions, and address concerns.
- Keep accurate records of service visits, including equipment maintenance and repair logs.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on new products and technologies.
- Adhere to company safety protocols and guidelines while working on customer sites.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company in a positive manner at all times.
- Travel to customer sites, both locally and nationally, as required.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify potential new business opportunities.
- Provide feedback to engineering and product development teams on product performance and customer feedback.
- Act as a brand ambassador for GE, promoting our products and services to potential customers.

Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Previous Experience In A Technical Role, Preferably In The Field Service Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Electrical And Mechanical Systems And The Ability To Troubleshoot And Repair Complex Equipment.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills To Effectively Work With Customers And Internal Teams.
Willingness To Travel And Work In Various Locations, Including Remote Areas, For Extended Periods Of Time.
