Executive Counsel - Corporate, Securities & Finance

As a key member of the team, the Executive Counsel will be expected to stay informed of legal developments in the corporate sector and provide advice on corporate governance, compliance, contracts, and legal risks.The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, a minimum of 8 years of relevant legal experience, and a license to practice in the US. They will have a deep knowledge and understanding of corporate law, as well as experience in company formation, mergers & acquisitions, securities and finance. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent research capabilities.
