  1. Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
  2. Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, representing the company in a professional and courteous manner.
  3. Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  4. Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for executive review.
  5. Coordinate and organize company events and meetings, including logistics, catering, and other necessary arrangements.
  6. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  7. Proactively identify and address any potential issues or conflicts that may arise and provide solutions.
  8. Act as the point of contact for all administrative inquiries and requests from various departments and external parties.
  9. Conduct research and gather information as needed to support executive decision-making.
  10. Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic, to ensure easy retrieval and organization.
  11. Act as a mentor and resource for other administrative staff within the company.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve administrative processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with all team members, demonstrating strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  14. Stay informed and up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and industry trends.
  15. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the executives.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In An Administrative Support Role, Preferably At A Senior/Executive Level.

  • Advanced Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite, Including Word, Excel, And Powerpoint.

  • Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Interact Confidently And Professionally With Senior Executives And External Stakeholders.

  • Proven Ability To Maintain Confidentiality And Handle Sensitive Information With Discretion.
