ERP Business Systems Leader

Strong problem solving and analytical skills are essential, as well as the ability to think strategically and execute tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development of ERP Business Systems and provide innovative solutions to challenging business issues.
2. Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
3. Lead the planning and implementation of ERP systems initiatives.
4. Design and implement business process engineering and software development life cycle.
5. Analyze system requirements and develop technical solutions.
6. Monitor and analyze system performance and provide troubleshooting and maintenance of ERP systems.
7. Work with project teams to ensure successful implementation of ERP systems.
8. Stay up to date on the latest trends and technology in the ERP space.
9. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff.
10. Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
