Job Description

As a hands on Cloud Application Architect, you will partner with GE Healthcare enterprise architecture team and hybrid cloud colleagues to design, build and run hybrid cloud based applications. You will design appropriate application design and application migration strategies based on microservices architecture, so as to delight our customers using these applications. The intent is to leverage digital technology and modern architectures to provide a rich experience to users of our system, be it end customer like a clinician or the IT staff managing and maintaining our application in a hybrid cloud environment.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience with use of Formal architecture frameworks in development and design– TOGAF etc.

  • Hands on experience working with Kubernetes based applications and container workloads.

  • Cloud Solution architecture certification will be considered a definite plus

  • Good understanding of various data design and deployment options on cloud – NoSQL, Relational, Scaling etc.
