If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as the Director of Global Inventory E2E Business Process at General Electric. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our inventory management processes on a global scale.   1. Develop and implement end-to-end inventory management strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  2. Oversee and optimize inventory management processes on a global scale, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  3. Lead cross-functional teams to identify and address inventory management challenges and opportunities.
  4. Analyze inventory data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
  5. Collaborate with various departments, including supply chain, finance, and sales, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  6. Monitor and evaluate inventory performance metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of inventory.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in inventory management and apply them to the company's processes.
  9. Train and mentor team members on inventory management processes and procedures.
  10. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on inventory management performance and initiatives.
  11. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to inventory management.
  12. Develop and manage the inventory management budget, forecasting and reporting on expenditures.
  13. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the inventory management department.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of E2E Business Processes: The Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of End-To-End Business Processes, Including Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, And Distribution. They Should Have Experience In Implementing And Optimizing These Processes On A Global Scale.
