- Develop and implement strategic plans for the dealer operations in the Western region to drive growth and profitability.
- Manage and lead a team of dealer operation representatives, providing direction and guidance to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Monitor and analyze dealer performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans to boost productivity and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to develop and execute strategies for dealer development and growth.
- Conduct regular site visits and meetings with dealers to ensure compliance with company standards, identify any issues, and provide support and solutions.
- Oversee the dealer contracting process, ensuring all agreements are in alignment with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key dealers, providing exceptional customer service and support to foster long-term partnerships.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in dealer operations, implementing new strategies and processes as needed.
- Prepare and present reports on dealer performance and market trends to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations, promoting a culture of ethical and responsible business practices.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Dealer Operations Management, Preferably In The West Region.
Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Developing High-Performing Teams.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Dealers, Customers, And Internal Stakeholders.
In-Depth Knowledge Of The Automotive Industry, Including Market Trends, Dealer Network Structure, And Financial Management.
