Job Description

Utilize reports and analytics to drive process improvements, support Lean Manufacturing activities, and guide the implementation of new Digital Technologies. Use data from operations and digital systems to develop reports and analytics that will help drive improvements in the Part Family. Influence Executive Leadership with reports and data studies in order to make process improvements. Set technology roadmap to execute. Design, develop, and architect complex visualizations and provide technical thought leadership. Demonstrates deep expertise in traditional and upcoming technologies, languages and approaches. Coach and mentor across the organization for technical and team growth.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience managing digital technology projects

  • Previous experience using data in conjunction with Lean Manufacturing

  • Demonstrates deep expertise in traditional and upcoming technologies, languages and approaches.
