  1. Collaborate with clients to understand their specific cyber security needs and provide customized solutions.
  2. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate actions.
  3. Monitor and analyze network traffic and system logs to detect and respond to security incidents.
  4. Implement and maintain security protocols and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive data and systems.
  5. Perform regular maintenance and updates on security systems and software to ensure maximum effectiveness.
  6. Train and educate clients on best practices for cyber security and raise awareness of potential risks and threats.
  7. Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to cyber security.
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and threats in the healthcare industry and proactively recommend measures to mitigate risks.
  9. Respond to client inquiries and concerns regarding cyber security in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Document and report on all security incidents, including root cause analysis and remediation strategies.
  11. Collaborate with external security vendors and partners as needed to enhance the security posture of our clients.
  12. Participate in on-call rotations and be available for emergency response to address critical security incidents.
  13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  14. Continuously improve and optimize cyber security processes and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
  15. Uphold the company's values and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Cyber Security Protocols: A Cyber Security Client Service Technician At Ge Healthcare Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Latest Cyber Security Protocols, Including Firewalls, Encryption, And Intrusion Detection Systems.

  • Technical Expertise: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Technical Expertise In Network Security, Information Security, And Cloud Security. They Should Also Have Experience With Security Tools Such As Vulnerability Scanners And Penetration Testing Software.

  • Communication Skills: As A Client-Facing Role, The Cyber Security Client Service Technician Must Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Explain Complex Security Concepts To Clients And Provide Clear And Concise Instructions For Implementing Security Measures.

  • Customer Service Experience: This Role Requires Providing Technical Support And Assistance To Clients, So Previous Experience In Customer Service Roles Is Highly Desirable. The Candidate Should Be Able To Handle Client Inquiries And Troubleshoot Any Technical Issues With Patience And Professionalism.

  • Certifications: A Cyber Security Client Service Technician At Ge Healthcare Should Hold Relevant Industry Certifications Such As Certified Information Systems Security Professional (Cissp), Certified Information Security Manager (Cism), Or Certified Information Systems Auditor (Cisa).
