Ensures proper documentation of controls parameter definition, tuning guidelines and methods, and assigned organizational ownership for future lifecycle management. Ensures the design accounts for turbine configuration constraints and applicability across models. Release communication including list of new and removed parameters. Is responsible for and facilitates the process for parameter creation and removal processes. Is responsible for Parameter Change Controls Board process, including Includes training and continuous improvement. Collaborates closely with Parameter owners to receive design info relative to their systems/parameter. Is the primary point of contact in controls engineering for parameter information. Updates existing and create new templates (code changes).
