Consulting Engineer- Model based Manufacturing

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Consulting Engineer- Model Based Manufacturing to join the General Electric team. This individual must possess excellent analytical and engineering skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with a wide variety of people. The ideal candidate for this role is organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions in a high-pressure environment.To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a Model Based Manufacturing (MBM) Engineering role. You should have a strong background in mathematical modeling, advanced manufacturing engineering, and data analysis. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement innovative solutions to Model Based Manufacturing (MBM) Engineering problems.
2. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Lead and motivate others to achieve success.
4. Analyze and interpret mathematical models, advanced manufacturing engineering, and data.
5. Develop strategies for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of Model Based Manufacturing processes.
6. Provide input and feedback to management regarding the development and implementation of MBM solutions.
7. Collaborate with other engineers and departments to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions.
8. Remain current with new technologies and trends in the engineering field.
9. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to other engineers.
10. Document and report on the progress of Model Based Manufacturing projects.
