Job Description

The Commercial Finance Manager at General Electric (GE) is a critical role that requires a professional with outstanding financial acumen and business savvy. Ideal candidates will have a combination of strong financial analysis skills, outstanding problem-solving ability and the ability to collaborate and communicate with various stakeholders. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a finance-related position and a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting or another related field. In addition to a strong educational background, the candidate should have knowledge of financial models, including the ability to create, manipulate and interpret them. Furthermore, strong quantitative and qualitative skills are required, as well as strong organizational and communication skills. Lastly, we are looking for a candidate who is both a self-starter and a team player, who can work well independently and in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze and interpret financial models to assess the financial performance of the company.
  2. Prepare financial reports and presentations to stakeholders.
  3. Develop and manage financial budgets.
  4. Identify and assess financial risks and opportunities.
  5. Monitor cash flow and financial performance of the company.
  6. Analyze financial data to identify trends and potential areas of improvement.
  7. Develop and implement financial strategies.
  8. Utilize data to inform financial decisions.
  9. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a successful outcome.
  10. Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
