  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the use of GE's clinical applications.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for complex technical problems.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  5. Conduct training and education sessions for clients on how to effectively use GE's clinical applications.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology to continuously improve support services.
  7. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management to provide updates on support cases and escalate issues when necessary.
  8. Maintain accurate documentation of support cases and resolutions.
  9. Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical issues.
  10. Contribute to the development and improvement of support processes and procedures.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert on GE's clinical applications, providing guidance and support to colleagues and clients.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize support services.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures related to customer support and data privacy.
  14. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote GE's clinical applications and their benefits to potential clients.
  15. Represent GE at industry conferences and events to showcase our clinical applications and support services.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare-Related Field Or Equivalent Experience

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience Providing Technical Support For Clinical Applications

  • Experience With Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Complex Technical Issues

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
