Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare-Related Field Or Equivalent Experience
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience Providing Technical Support For Clinical Applications
Strong Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Clinical Workflows
Experience With Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Complex Technical Issues
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
