- Provide technical expertise and support for General Electric's medical equipment and devices.
- Assist in the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of medical equipment for customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations for customers and internal teams.
- Act as a liaison between the company and healthcare professionals, addressing any technical questions or concerns.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in product development and improvement processes, providing valuable insights and feedback from a clinical perspective.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and key opinion leaders in the healthcare industry.
- Educate and train internal teams on clinical applications and product features.
- Continuously improve and enhance the customer experience by identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Represent General Electric in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Applications, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Electronic Medical Records (Emr) Systems And Healthcare Information Technology.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Train And Support End Users.
Familiarity With Ge's Clinical Applications, Such As Centricity Emr Or Centricity Practice Solution, Is Preferred.
