  1. Develop and implement financial strategies and plans for the Solutions Enterprise Imaging division in line with overall company goals and objectives.
  2. Monitor and analyze financial performance of the division, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
  3. Partner with other senior leaders to ensure effective allocation and management of financial resources.
  4. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential financial opportunities or threats for the division.
  5. Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives.
  6. Manage financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  7. Make strategic financial decisions, taking into account industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  8. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
  9. Evaluate and improve financial systems and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  11. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to drive cross-functional initiatives and achieve business objectives.
  12. Stay updated on industry developments, financial trends, and best practices to inform decision-making.
  13. Communicate financial information and performance to internal and external stakeholders, including investors and board members.
  14. Represent the company in financial discussions and negotiations with partners, vendors, and other external parties.
  15. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the finance team and across the division.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Financial Management Experience: A Cfo For Ge's Solutions Enterprise Imaging Division Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Financial Management, With At Least 10 Years Of Experience In A Senior Finance Role. This Includes Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, And Financial Reporting.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As The Head Of The Finance Team For This Division, The Cfo Should Have Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Finance Professionals. They Should Also Be Able To Work Collaboratively With Other Departments And Senior Leadership To Drive Business Growth And Achieve Financial Targets.

  • Healthcare Industry Knowledge: Since The Solutions Enterprise Imaging Division Focuses On Healthcare Solutions, The Ideal Cfo Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry And Its Financial Landscape. This Includes Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations, Reimbursement Models, And Financial Trends In The Industry.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Cfo Should Be A Strategic Thinker With The Ability To Analyze Complex Financial Data And Provide Insights To Drive Business Decisions. They Should Also Possess Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Address Any Potential Financial Risks Or Issues.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Cfo Will Be Responsible For Communicating Financial Performance And Strategy To Senior Leadership And External Stakeholders.
