Cash Analyst - Receivables
Prepare weekly, the regions receivable and dispute dashboard, covering past and coming due external customer balances for all GA product lines. Lead the bi-weekly PD collection and dispute discussion for GA NAM with Genpact collection teams. Assist in the preparation of the GA-NAM ops cash targets monthly. Analyze aged receivables globally for PAC, in order to evaluate the bad debt reserve requirements and identify the collection plans for these watchlist items. Analyze current and past aged receivables and disputes to identify root cause of these items in order to partner with cross functional operational and regional teams to develop corrective actions and improve outcomes. Update and prepare the weekly ship hold report for the Markham manufacturing plant.
