  1. Participate in training and development programs to learn and acquire necessary skills for the role of Biomedical Technician.
  2. Assist in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of medical equipment as directed by senior technicians.
  3. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  4. Keep track of inventory and assist in ordering necessary supplies and parts.
  5. Communicate effectively with team members and superiors regarding equipment issues and repairs.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all equipment maintenance and repairs.
  7. Stay up-to-date with advancements in healthcare technology and attend relevant training sessions.

Job Qualifications
  • Completion Of A Relevant Post-Secondary Education Program In Biomedical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Medical Equipment And Its Functions, Including Diagnostic Imaging Systems, Patient Monitoring Devices, And Laboratory Equipment.

  • Proficiency In Troubleshooting And Repairing Complex Technical Issues With Medical Equipment.

  • Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Manuals And Schematics.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team.
