  1. Develop and implement short and long-term strategies for the Translational Medicine department that align with the overall goals and mission of the company.
  2. Provide strong leadership and direction to the Translational Medicine team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  3. Oversee the planning and execution of clinical development programs, ensuring timely and successful delivery of clinical trial results.
  4. Utilize scientific expertise and market insights to identify and evaluate new opportunities for drug development.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research, clinical, regulatory, and commercial, to drive the development and execution of clinical development plans.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and external partners to support the development of cutting-edge therapies.
  7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines for the development and execution of clinical trials.
  8. Manage department budget and resources effectively to maximize productivity and deliver results within budget.
  9. Stay updated on the latest advancements and trends in translational medicine and incorporate them into the company's strategies.
  10. Represent the company and its Translational Medicine department at external meetings, conferences, and events.
  11. Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on the progress and achievements of the Translational Medicine department.
  12. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in translational medicine.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field (E.g. Md, Phd) With A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Translational Medicine Or Drug Development.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Drug Discovery And Development Processes, Including Pre-Clinical And Clinical Research.

  • Proven Leadership And Management Skills, With A Track Record Of Successfully Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Driving Results In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Strong Strategic Thinking And Decision-Making Abilities, With A Demonstrated Ability To Identify And Evaluate Emerging Scientific Trends And Technologies.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Internal And External Stakeholders, Including Senior Leadership, Scientists, And Regulatory Bodies.
