Advanced Degree In Medicine Or Life Sciences: A Vice President, Global Head Of Hematology At Genentech Should Possess An Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Medicine, Biochemistry, Or Molecular Biology. This Qualification Ensures A Strong Understanding Of The Scientific Principles And Processes Related To Hematology.
