Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and driving technical development strategies for our drug discovery and development programs.   1. Develop and implement technical development strategies for drug discovery and development programs.
  2. Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective execution of technical development plans.
  3. Continuously assess and improve processes and products to meet company and industry standards.
  4. Stay abreast of latest developments and trends in the biotechnology industry, including new technologies and techniques.
  5. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues.
  6. Monitor and track progress of technical development projects and provide regular updates to senior management.
  7. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and other departments within the company.
  8. Identify and evaluate new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance technical development processes.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and standards.
  10. Mentor and develop team members to promote a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  11. Generate and present technical reports, presentations, and publications to communicate progress and findings.
  12. Participate in project planning and budgeting activities.
  13. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to drive scientific excellence.
  14. Represent the company at conferences, seminars, and other scientific events.
  15. Adhere to company values and code of conduct at all times.

Job Qualifications

  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field (Such As Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Or Pharmaceutical Sciences) With At Least 10 Years Of Experience In A Technical Development Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Biopharmaceutical Development, Including Protein Characterization, Process Development, And Formulation.

  • Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interface With Internal And External Stakeholders, Including Regulatory Agencies.

  • Deep Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices For Biopharmaceutical Development, Including Cgmp Guidelines And Ich Guidelines.
