  1. Lead the technical development of innovative medicines, utilizing scientific expertise and technical knowledge.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments and studies to support the development of new therapies.
  3. Conduct data analysis and interpretation to guide decision-making and provide recommendations for future development strategies.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the biotechnology industry and incorporate new technologies and methodologies into development plans.
  5. Mentor and coach junior scientists, providing guidance and support for their professional growth and development.
  6. Ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  7. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  8. Communicate research findings and development updates to internal and external stakeholders, including presenting at conferences and authoring publications.
  9. Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental strategies and goals.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization to increase efficiency and productivity.
  11. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners and collaborators.
  12. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and development, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field (E.g. Phd In Biology, Chemistry, Or Engineering)

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Technical Development, Preferably In The Biopharmaceutical Industry

  • Expertise In Developing And Optimizing Manufacturing Processes For Biologics, Including Cell Culture, Purification, And Analytical Methods

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Complex Projects From Early Development To Commercialization

  • Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines For Biologics, Including Fda And Ich Guidelines, And Experience With Regulatory Submissions And Interactions.
