  1. Oversee the supply chain process for Genentech, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of medicines to patients worldwide.
  2. Manage logistics and distribution operations to ensure product availability and delivery accuracy.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and distributors to ensure smooth and reliable supply chain processes.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and anticipate potential supply chain disruptions to proactively address any issues.
  5. Conduct regular quality checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, procurement, and regulatory, to optimize supply chain processes.
  7. Analyze supply chain data and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  8. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for supply chain logistics and distribution processes.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to supply chain management and distribution.
  10. Train and mentor team members on supply chain processes and best practices.
  11. Act as a point of contact for any supply chain-related inquiries or issues.
  12. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to supply chain operations.
  13. Troubleshoot and resolve any supply chain-related issues or delays.
  14. Continuously look for ways to improve and optimize supply chain processes and implement solutions for better efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  15. Represent Genentech's commitment to patient safety and well-being through the timely and accurate delivery of life-saving medicines.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain And Logistics, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Distribution Processes And Supply Chain Management Principles.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Proficient In Supply Chain Management Software And Systems, Such As Sap And Oracle, And Experience With Inventory Management And Forecasting.
