  1. Lead the technical transfer and launch process for new manufacturing sites to ensure successful implementation of new products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans for technical transfer and launch activities.
  3. Manage a team of experts and provide guidance and support throughout the transfer and launch process.
  4. Ensure all activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  5. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure a smooth transfer and launch.
  6. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of all transfer and launch activities.
  7. Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets.
  8. Review and analyze data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  9. Provide technical expertise and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the transfer and launch process.
  10. Communicate progress, challenges, and successes to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  11. Participate in technical meetings and represent the company's interests during the transfer and launch process.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Technical Background: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Processes, Particularly In The Areas Of Technology Transfer And Product Launch. This Includes Expertise In Areas Such As Process Validation, Equipment Qualification, And Quality Systems.

  • Project Management Skills: The Site Technical Transfer And Launch Lead Will Be Responsible For Coordinating And Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously. Therefore, Candidates Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Role Will Involve Working Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Both Within The Site And Across Different Sites. As Such, The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Various Stakeholders Is Crucial For Success In This Role.
