  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of quality control and quality assurance for our products, processes, and systems.
  2. Develop and implement quality standards, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  3. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  4. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas of improvement, and develop action plans to address any issues.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve product quality and drive efficiency in processes.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert on quality-related issues and provide guidance and support to colleagues across the organization.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and standards, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and guidelines.
  8. Investigate and resolve any quality-related issues or complaints, and implement preventative measures to avoid future occurrences.
  9. Train and mentor junior quality engineers, and provide guidance and support to other team members as needed.
  10. Participate in development and validation of new products and processes, and provide input on quality-related aspects.
  11. Communicate regularly with senior management on quality metrics, issues, and improvement initiatives.
  12. Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies and represent the company during inspections and audits.
  13. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence throughout the organization.
  14. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Biology, Or Chemistry.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Quality Engineering Role In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Quality Systems And Regulations, Including Fda And International Standards.

  • Experience Leading And Managing Quality Projects, Including Developing And Implementing Quality Control Processes And Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present To Senior Management.
