  1. Conduct thorough analyses of pharmaceutical products to ensure quality and safety.
  2. Utilize extensive knowledge of industry regulations and quality control processes to maintain compliance with relevant guidelines.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality control issues.
  4. Develop and implement quality control procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  5. Conduct investigations into product deviations and implement corrective and preventative actions.
  6. Communicate quality control results and provide recommendations to management.
  7. Train and mentor junior QC associates on quality control processes and procedures.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all quality control activities.
  9. Stay current with industry developments and regulations related to quality control.
  10. Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  11. Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive implementation.
  12. Work closely with production teams to ensure timely and accurate release of products.
  13. Adhere to strict safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
  14. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality standards are met.
  15. Continuously monitor and evaluate quality control processes and make recommendations for improvements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Quality Control Role In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmp) And Fda Regulations.

  • Experience With Analytical Techniques, Such As Hplc, Pcr, And Elisa.

  • Proven Ability To Lead And Manage A Team, As Well As Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills.
