- Develop and implement a comprehensive diversity and inclusion strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and values.
- Serve as a thought leader and resource for employees and leaders on all matters related to diversity and inclusion.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure diversity and inclusion initiatives are integrated into all aspects of the business.
- Provide support and guidance to leaders on creating and maintaining a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any gaps.
- Develop and facilitate training programs to promote diversity and inclusion awareness and understanding among employees.
- Manage and track diversity and inclusion metrics to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Serve as a liaison between the company and external D&I organizations and networks.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in diversity and inclusion and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to ensure diverse and inclusive hiring and retention practices.
- Communicate and promote the company's diversity and inclusion initiatives internally and externally.
- Act as a role model and advocate for diversity and inclusion within the company and in the broader community.
- Stay informed and compliant with all diversity and inclusion laws and regulations.
- Manage a team of diversity and inclusion professionals and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Participate in company-wide initiatives and events related to diversity and inclusion.
Extensive Experience In Developing And Implementing Diversity And Inclusion Strategies: The Senior D&I Business Partner At Genentech Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Diversity And Inclusion Best Practices And Be Able To Develop And Execute Strategies That Align With The Company's Goals And Values.
Strong Knowledge Of Diversity And Inclusion Metrics And Analytics: The Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Diversity And Inclusion Metrics And Be Able To Use Data To Inform Decision-Making And Measure The Effectiveness Of D&I Initiatives.
Proven Track Record Of Fostering An Inclusive Work Environment: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Creating And Maintaining An Inclusive Work Environment Where All Employees Feel Valued And Can Contribute Their Unique Talents And Perspectives.
Exceptional Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Senior D&I Business Partner Will Be Responsible For Collaborating With Various Stakeholders, Including Senior Leaders, Hr Teams, And Employee Resource Groups.
