- Lead and manage the analytical development and quality control team to ensure the timely and successful completion of project goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans and goals for the analytical development and quality control department in alignment with the company's overall objectives.
- Oversee the development, validation, and execution of analytical methods for drug substance and drug product characterization, release, and stability testing.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory guidelines and standards, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and International Council for Harmonisation (ICH) guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support drug development programs from early-stage research to commercialization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Provide scientific and technical guidance to resolve complex analytical challenges and troubleshoot issues.
- Manage analytical development and quality control budgets and resources, including equipment, materials, and personnel.
- Stay current with industry developments and trends in analytical development and quality control, and implement best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration within the analytical development and quality control team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, contract research organizations, and academic institutions.
- Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing and engaged workforce.
Extensive Experience In Analytical Development And Quality Control Within The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Team Of Professionals.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements For Analytical Development And Quality Control, Including Fda And Ich Guidelines.
Demonstrated Ability To Develop And Implement Strategic Plans For Analytical Development And Quality Control.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
