1. Lead and manage the analytical development and quality control team to ensure the timely and successful completion of project goals and objectives.
2. Develop and implement strategic plans and goals for the analytical development and quality control department in alignment with the company's overall objectives.
3. Oversee the development, validation, and execution of analytical methods for drug substance and drug product characterization, release, and stability testing.
