  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement clinical trials for the development of cardiovascular therapies.
  2. Conduct data analysis and interpretation to support decision making for clinical trial protocols and study designs.
  3. Maintain a thorough understanding of cardiovascular disease and its treatments to inform research strategies.
  4. Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of cardiovascular research and incorporate new findings into study designs.
  5. Lead and manage clinical research projects, ensuring timelines and goals are met.
  6. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including investigators, study coordinators, and regulatory authorities.
  7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
  8. Mentor and train junior research scientists on clinical research processes and methodologies.
  9. Analyze and interpret data from clinical trials to support publication and presentation of results.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on cardiovascular research within the company and provide guidance and support to other teams.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Or Molecular Biology.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In The Cardiovascular Field.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines, As Well As Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Standards.

  • Experience In Designing And Executing Clinical Trials, Including Protocol Development, Data Analysis, And Reporting.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Manage A Team, As Well As Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
