  1. Conduct research and experiments in the field of Translational Medicine to advance the understanding of disease mechanisms.
  2. Utilize expertise in molecular biology, pharmacology, and drug discovery to drive the development of novel therapies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new research targets and potential drug candidates.
  4. Analyze and interpret complex data to draw meaningful conclusions and make recommendations for further research.
  5. Design and execute experiments to validate the efficacy and safety of potential drug candidates.
  6. Stay updated on the latest advancements and developments in the field of Translational Medicine and incorporate them into research projects.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments and results.
  8. Communicate research findings and progress to colleagues and superiors through presentations and reports.
  9. Participate in the publication of research findings in scientific journals.
  10. Contribute to the development and implementation of new technologies and methodologies in the lab.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety procedures, and ethical standards.
  12. Mentor and train junior scientists and research associates.
  13. Continuously develop and improve scientific knowledge and skills through self-directed learning and attending conferences and workshops.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacology, Or Molecular Biology.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Research Or Development Role Within The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.

  • Demonstrated Expertise In Translational Medicine, Including Experience With Biomarker Discovery, Companion Diagnostic Development, And Clinical Trial Design.

  • Strong Understanding Of Drug Development Process And Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Present Complex Scientific Information To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences.
