  1. Conduct research and experiments using cutting-edge nucleic acid technologies to advance drug discovery and development efforts.
  2. Design and execute experiments to identify and validate potential therapeutic targets.
  3. Analyze and interpret data to drive decision-making and support project progression.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative nucleic acid-based strategies for drug discovery and development.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in nucleic acid technologies and incorporate them into project plans.
  6. Write and present scientific reports, presentations, and publications to communicate research findings and contribute to scientific knowledge.
  7. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and protocols for nucleic acid technologies.
  8. Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments and results.
  9. Troubleshoot technical issues and propose solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness of experiments.
  10. Contribute to the development and implementation of new technologies and methodologies to enhance drug discovery and development processes.
  11. Mentor and train junior scientists in nucleic acid technologies and techniques.
  12. Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations.
  13. Represent the company at scientific conferences and events to share research findings and network with experts in the field.

Job Qualifications
  • A Ph.d. In Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Or A Related Field With A Strong Emphasis On Nucleic Acid Technologies.

  • Extensive Experience In Developing And Optimizing Nucleic Acid-Based Assays, Such As Pcr, Qpcr, And Next-Generation Sequencing.

  • In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of Nucleic Acid Chemistry, Structure, And Function.

  • Proven Track Record In Designing And Executing Experiments, Analyzing And Interpreting Data, And Presenting Findings To Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced, Team-Oriented Environment.
