
Scientist - Antibody/Protein Engineering
Genentech is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scientist to join our Antibody/Protein Engineering team. The ideal candidate for this role has a proven ability to develop novel strategies to optimize the engineering of antibodies and proteins, as well as a passion for scientific excellence and pushing the boundaries of antibody and protein engineering.The Scientist will be responsible for designing and executing experiments to produce antibodies and proteins with desired characteristics, as well as developing and implementing novel engineering strategies to increase the potency, selectivity, and stability of these molecules.To be successful in this role, the Scientist must possess a Ph.D. in molecular biology, immunology, biochemistry, or a related field; 7+ years of relevant experience in protein engineering; strong knowledge of cutting-edge antibody and protein engineering technologies; and excellent organizational and communication skills.
