Advanced Degree In Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Antibody Engineering, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry
Strong Understanding Of Protein Engineering Techniques, Including Phage Display, Antibody Optimization, And High-Throughput Screening
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Executing Projects In Antibody Discovery And Optimization
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Cross-Functional Team Environment.
