Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field: A Qualified Candidate For The Scientist, Antibody Engineering Position At Genentech Should Possess A Phd Or Equivalent Degree In Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Or A Related Field.

  • Expertise In Antibody Engineering: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Background And Technical Knowledge In Antibody Engineering, Including Proficiency In Antibody Discovery, Optimization, And Characterization Techniques.

  • Experience With Protein Engineering: In Addition To Antibody Engineering, The Candidate Should Also Have Experience In Protein Engineering Techniques Such As Protein Design, Expression, Purification, And Characterization.

  • Familiarity With High-Throughput Technologies: The Candidate Should Have Experience With High-Throughput Technologies Such As Phage Display, Yeast Display, Or Mammalian Cell Display, And Should Be Familiar With The Design And Execution Of Large-Scale Screening Campaigns.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Role Of A Scientist At Genentech Requires The Ability To Analyze Complex Data Sets And Troubleshoot Experimental Challenges. Therefore, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Track Record Of Successful Scientific Projects.
