Scientific Manager (BioAnalytical)

GENENTECH is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Scientific Manager (BioAnalytical) for our team. The ideal candidate should be a team player, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the planning, design, execution and interpretation of bioanalytical projects across the company. They will ensure deliverables are met in a timely and cost-effective manner, and will also be expected to lead and mentor team members.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a scientific field, with at least 5 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. They should have extensive experience in bioanalytical methods and methods development, as well as a strong understanding of GLP/GMP regulations. They should be experienced in project and personnel management, have strong analytical and organizational skills, and be able to work independently. This individual should also have a demonstrated track record of successful project completion and a deep understanding of bioanalytical techniques.We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is able to think strategically and proactively to ensure successful project outcomes.
