  1. Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.
  2. Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and protocols to maintain high levels of product quality.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any quality issues.
  4. Review and approve all production and manufacturing processes to ensure quality standards are met.
  5. Monitor and analyze product data to identify any trends or potential quality concerns.
  6. Conduct investigations and root cause analyses for any product quality issues.
  7. Communicate with external stakeholders, such as regulatory agencies, to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  8. Train and educate team members on quality assurance processes and procedures.
  9. Participate in the development and implementation of new products and processes, ensuring quality standards are met.
  10. Continuously assess and improve quality assurance processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all quality assurance activities.
  12. Participate in audits and inspections to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  13. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and regulations pertaining to quality assurance.
  14. Act as a liaison between the quality assurance team and other departments within the company.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to Genentech's mission and values by upholding ethical standards and promoting a culture of quality and excellence.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Field, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Pharmaceuticals, Or Equivalent Work Experience In A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance Or Quality Control In A Biotech Or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines, Including Cgmp And Glp.

  • Experience With Quality Systems, Such As Document Control, Change Control, And Deviation Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
