  1. Conduct thorough quality checks on all master data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  2. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in master data.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and update master data as needed.
  4. Develop and maintain quality control procedures and protocols for master data.
  5. Monitor data entry processes and provide guidance and support to ensure data integrity.
  6. Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with data management standards and regulations.
  7. Communicate any data quality issues or concerns to relevant stakeholders and propose solutions.
  8. Participate in training and onboarding of new team members on data quality processes.
  9. Stay current with industry regulations and best practices related to data quality and integrity.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline data management processes.
  11. Support the implementation and maintenance of new data management systems.
  12. Participate in cross-functional projects to improve data quality and data management processes.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all data quality processes and procedures.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert for master data quality and provide guidance and support to other team members.
  15. Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot any technical issues related to master data.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Quality Control Role Within The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines For Data Integrity And Gmp Compliance.

  • Experience With Master Data Management Software And Systems, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Setting.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Identify And Troubleshoot Data Discrepancies And Anomalies.
