Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Technical Knowledge: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Technical Aspects Of Pharmaceutical Research And Development, With A Strong Background In Biotechnology, Chemistry, Or Related Fields.

  • Leadership Experience: As A Principal Technical Manager, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Overseeing A Team Of Technical Experts And Guiding Them Towards Successful Project Completion. Therefore, Previous Experience In A Leadership Role Is Essential.

  • Project Management Skills: The Ability To Effectively Manage Projects, Including Setting Timelines, Allocating Resources, And Monitoring Progress, Is A Crucial Qualification For This Position.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Exceptional Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Present Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders, And Represent The Company To External Partners.
