- Lead and manage a team of scientists in the Translational Medicine department.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines in the development of new therapies.
- Work closely with project management and business development teams to identify and evaluate potential partnerships and collaborations.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and techniques to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Represent the company at scientific conferences and events to showcase our research and development efforts.

Advanced Degree In Life Sciences: A Principal Scientist At Genentech Must Have A Phd Or Md In A Relevant Field Such As Molecular Biology, Immunology, Or Pharmacology.
Extensive Research Experience: Candidates Must Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In A Laboratory Setting, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Executing Complex Research Projects.
Expertise In Translational Medicine: The Ideal Candidate Will Have A Deep Understanding Of The Principles And Practices Of Translational Medicine, And A Strong Background In Drug Development And Clinical Trials.
