  1. Lead and drive the development of cell-based therapies to treat challenging diseases.

  10. Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and external partners to advance research and development efforts.
  11. Mentor and train team members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth and development.
  12. Collaborate with other departments, such as regulatory affairs and clinical development, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and successful translation of research into clinical programs.
  13. Represent the company at scientific conferences and contribute to the publication of research findings in high-impact journals.
  14. Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to effectively manage and influence cross-functional teams.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field (E.g. Phd In Cell Biology, Immunology, Or Related Discipline)

  • At Least 10 Years Of Experience In The Biotechnology Or Pharmaceutical Industry, With A Focus On Cell Therapy Development

  • Proven Track Record Of Leading Successful Cell Therapy Projects From Early Research Through Clinical Development And Approval

  • Extensive Knowledge And Expertise In Cell Therapy Techniques, Including Cell Isolation, Expansion, And Engineering

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing Cross-Functional Teams, As Well As A Demonstrated Ability To Mentor And Develop Junior Scientists.
