- Develop and implement data management strategies and processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of clinical data.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all data management related activities for assigned clinical trials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency across all aspects of clinical trials.
- Monitor and track data management metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Conduct data review and cleaning activities to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines related to data management.
- Train and mentor junior data management staff on best practices and processes.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of data management tools and systems.
- Lead data management meetings and provide updates on data quality and progress to stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between data management and other departments to ensure efficient communication and collaboration.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in data management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Proactively identify and address potential data quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Extensive Experience In Clinical Data Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Clinical Data Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Managing Large-Scale Clinical Trials And Ensuring High-Quality Data.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Clinical Data Standards: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Industry Standards For Clinical Data, Including Cdisc, Sdtm, And Adam. They Should Also Be Familiar With Data Management Tools, Such As Sas, Oracle, And Informatica.
Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills: The Principal Data Manager Should Have Experience Leading A Team Of Data Managers And Ensuring The Successful Completion Of Projects Within Tight Timelines. They Should Also Possess Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills To Effectively Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Expertise In Data Quality And Compliance: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Data Quality Principles And Be Able To Implement Processes To Ensure Data Integrity And Compliance With Regulatory Requirements. They Should Also Have Experience With Data Review And Cleaning Procedures.
Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field: A Master's Or Ph.d. In A Relevant Field, Such As Statistics, Epidemiology, Or Bioinformatics, Is Preferred For This Role. The Candidate Should Also Have A Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Design And Statistical Analysis Methods.
